Leadership Obsessive

My two cents on Horoscopes, God and Stuff

I’m a tech guy so it’s somehow natural to be skeptical about it. There are however some scientific fundamentals that make be believe in a sort of influence of the stars.

The most comprehensive one: an average European adult has about 70% water. We all acknowledge the obvious influence of the close celestial bodies (e.g. moon creating flux and reflux). Take it to the micro-level and you will realize there’s a potential for some influencing factors. Be realistic however. This has nothing to do with luck, cash, charisma or other stuff. They might just influence your daily state of mind, somehow yout health and with little odds your personality. (Say your body is heavily reacting to some planet which negatively influences you over a long period of time making you an ass :-) )
By the way, Taco Bell fans are less likely to be affected because of the junk they pour in diminishing the concentration of water!

Oh well, second thing is a bit more geeky and requires a deeper understanding of the particle physics. You might have heard of the Higgs Boson. Yeah, the one the guys at @cern are looking for as we speak. This little thing that aims to unify quantum physics theories about the weak and gravitational force assumes the existence of a so-called “higgs field“.
How does it translate in every day life. Well, I believe in some quantum processes of yet unknown origin that create what we call the “wheel turning effect”. Some call it God’s hand. Others named it “an eye for an eye” You get the picture. I don’t believe in a particular intelligent force with a mind of it’s own, but I do assume just like mr Hawking did some years ago, there are some processes yet unknown to mankind that are meant to keep a particular level of entropy even in micro-universes.

To sum up there’s little paranormal going on around us, it’s just about we putting some ration in our attempts to understand these things!

Feel free to disagree or share your visions!

P.s. this post was entirely written from the extremely small keyboard of my HTC Dream. Ouch my fingers hurt!
